The name Phoenix Ridge wasn't supposed to be a property services company. It started as a vision for a small, beautifully run hotel in Maine — a place that felt rooted, intentional, hand-built.
That chapter didn't happen. The deal fell through. But the name stuck. A phoenix rises from the ashes — and the truth is, we all have a chapter that ends before we want it to. The question is what you build next.
When I launched Phoenix Ridge out of Salem, NH, one of the biggest snowstorms Southern NH had seen in years rolled in within the first week. We didn't have a polished website yet. We had trucks, plows, phones, and people who needed help.
We showed up. We delivered. We haven't stopped since.
Today Phoenix Ridge is a year-round property services company built on the same idea as that hotel was supposed to be: honest work, fair pricing, no shortcuts. The kind of business your neighbor recommends because we treated them right.
